I began my business and entrepreneurial journey as a competitor, coach, a choreographer in professional dance. My entrepreneurial journey had several different chapters before we formed RodgerandMellissa.com–where we get to mentor professionals and thought leaders every day in positioning and monetizing their passions and expertise.

Primarily we concentrate on the implementation of thought leadership marketing, including speaking and effective networking, and many times – program creation. We enjoy mentoring professionals and entrepreneurs who want to leverage their time and increase profits by moving away from the 1:1 model to the 1:Many model. The goal is to have them stand out as an authority and in so doing increase their influence, impact and their income.
